Vessel Walkthrough
Starting aft is the master cabin; it has a central island queen berth with sofas, shelving and berth side units port and starboard. There are also two good sized hanging lockers and plenty of dressing space and other lockers.

The large head unit forward and to starboard is accessible from the master cabin and the saloon. It is fully equipped with the head, sink and vanity unit aft to starboard and the separate shower unit with shower seat forward.

Forward of the head unit is the navigation station which has a large chart table with dedicated navigator's seat and a shelving unit above and to starboard alongside the navigation equipment.

The galley is located to port of the navigation station and has plenty of worktop space, two burner stove w/oven, refrigerator and twin stainless steel sinks.

The salon area has an L shaped settee to port and bench settee to starboard. The port side settee surrounds the folding dining table which can be extended to allow use by the starboard settee.

Forward is the double v berth which has hanging lockers to starboard and port, lee cloths and dressing space. The interior has electric fans throughout, is well ventilated and shows in immaculate condition.

There are plenty of hatches throughout, 10 side hatches above deck level and 4 main hatches, which make the interior bright and airy.

Remarks
Stream Spirits II was sailed from Europe to the Caribbean a few years ago so has already proven her blue water sea keeping ability. She has never chartered and has been carefully equipped with all of those cruising amenities that you would expect on a serious cruising vessel. Additionally, in the last two years, she has received numerous useful upgrades, the more significant of these include a new Caribe dinghy, dinghy davits, wind generator and new Doyle genoa.

In addition to the great performance that Bavaria have become known for, this design of Bavaria is a cut above the rest, the Ocean series offers the center cockpit configuration that allows for tremendous comfort below decks including a centerline Queen master cabin and, the much sought after separate, sit down, master shower. With her very low engine hours, equipped with all of her excellent cruising equipment this boat is ready to go in every respect, she is truly turn key and competitively priced. For those looking in this size, price range and comfort level we feel she is very tough to compete with and thus should be seriously considered.
