Vessel Walkthrough
Starting forward is a v-berth cabin which has been converted primarily to a storage area although a single bunk to port is still in place as well as several storage closets & drawers and a small settee to starboard.
Aft of the forecabin is a very attractive and unusual circular settee open at it's aft end with central circular drop leaf dining table that can be easily dropped to make a queen size berth. Outboard of the settee area are drawers, closets & bookshelves.
Next aft & to port is a large u-shaped galley with work surfaces and a stainless steel sink forward, two burner propane stove outboard and top opening & side opening refrigerator (large) and more work surfaces.
Outboard and below the sink is plenty of cupboard storage. Opposite and to starboard is a good-sized head & shower unit accessible from the main salon or aft cabin with a large storage closet outboard.
Aft of the head & to starboard is the master cabin with double bed and plenty of changing area. Outboard & forward of the bed is a full sized hanging closet as well as plenty of drawer & cupboard storage.
Opposite and to port is a full sized chart table & navigation station again with plenty of storage space. Aft of the navigation station are two single quarter berths with 1 outboard and above the other.
The whole of the interior is well ventilated with plenty of overhead hatches and side ports as well as an attractive, traditionally finished interior using plenty of solid teaks including a solid teak and holly sole through out.

Remarks
Pukka is a great example of one of Cheoy Lee's most sought after masterpieces using plenty of teak & bronze hardware combined with a solid fiberglass hull & deck with teak overlay. She has a beautiful, classic hull shape with a sensible, deep vee modified fin keel and full skeg hung rudder to allow for safe, comfortable offshore passage making. She has had extensive upgrades and improvements in the last three years including all new sails, masts, booms standing and running rigging and new engine and many other major systems have all been gone through to provide an end result of a classic yacht with nearly new boat reliability. This is truly a great opportunity to own a head turning beautiful classic yacht with most of her major systems all up to 21st century standards.
Although her teak decks are getting on in age, the rest of this boat is so dazzling that is very easily justifiable to take on the potential for redoing the decks at some point in the future and enjoying a well found and beautifully sailing boat in the meantime and for many years after…
