ACCOMMODATIONS & LAYOUT: There is a V-Berth Forward, Head to starboard with Marine Toilet and Macerator, Handheld Shower, Sink and Vanity. The Main Salon has Settee to port and a Table with Settee to starboard. The Full Galley to port is equipped with Sink and two Burner Stove. There is a Navigational Station to Starboard with Electronics.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: 110 Volt Shorepower with one 30 Amp Inlet and 50’ Power Cord, 12 Volt Ships Service with 2 Batteries and 1 Selector Switch.

ELECTRONICS: VHF Radio and Garmin 162 GPS.

MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT: Propane Grill in Cockpit and A/C with Reverse Cycle.

DECK GEAR: S.S. Bow and Stern Pulpits with Double Lifelines, Danforth Type and Plow Anchor both with Chain and Rode, Dodger with Canvas, Roller Furling, Jib, and Main sail in good shape.

REMARKS: This is a well maintained Vessel. Bottom was done in May 2008. She will make some family very happy. See her soon!
