The owner of the “Miss Marisa” has reached another goal in life and is ready to sell the boat and all assets of the successful sportfishing charter business located in beautiful Pensacola Beach, Florida. Restored in 2003 and last dry docked in January 2006 for full restoration of bottom and below water equipment, the “Miss Marisa” has been regularly booked out of Pensacola Beach Marina for the past 5 years. For the year 2008, there is already $10,000 in escrow towards booked business and, as in the past, more of the regular customers are expected to call for more bookings. Any and all information in reference to these customers and others will be available at proper time or time of closing. For your assurance and training, the owner has offered his knowledge and captain’s services for the next fishing season; April through October. A 2003 Ford van with lettering/advertising for the boat is also offered and has ladder racks mounted on top, parts bins mounted inside, 110 volt inverter and many related tools and parts. Accommodations:
The aft deck sports a recently restored Murray Brothers fighting chair and a bait/tackle/live-well cabinet. Fuel fill and fuel vent has been moved to the inside of the aft deck so there is never any over-board spillage. The interior has gone through a recent restoration and is still in good condition. With-in the main salon are two 320 qt. coolers, port and starboard, used for seating and for fish/ice storage and has comfortable, custom padding on top. The flat-screen TV is located in the main salon. Much storage is in the main salon and one cabinet houses the engine control electronics for care from moisture. Three steps down from the main salon is the galley to starboard and has a Princess 3 – burner stove, 6 cu. Ft. refrigerator, stainless steel sink and marble counter tops. There is a V berth forward with ample storage lockers to port and starboard and below the berth. Aft and to port of the V berth is the Master’s cabin with access to the passageway and the full head with stall shower. Aft of the head is the master’s cabin with a double berth, ample storage and full hanging lockers. Aft and to starboard of the V berth is a guest head with a stall shower.
