9' ft Concord MY 1970

This lovely older boat has been owned and maintained by a retired (30 years) motor yacht captain who is now at an age (72) when it is time to move on to other toys. This 47 foot, 1970 cabin cruiser has a 16' beam and sleeps 6 in 3 cabins plus a single bunk cabin forward presently converted to a work shop but easly converted back. Two heads with shower and electric toilets. Reverse cycle A/C and Espar heat throughout. Everything on board is in working condition and is just as shown in the photos. Surveyed September 2006 and came back clean. Dinghy included.
