9' ft Hatteras Cockpit motor yacht refit 1990

Accommodations
DELITE is truly a turn key and updated Hatteras motor yacht. Originally constructed in 1990 as a factory 70' MY, she is galley up, and features a four stateroom layout plus office (which could easily be converted back to a fifth stateroom) with 5 en-suite head and showers. In 2000/ 2001 she went through an extensive refit (over$1M) featuring a cockpit extension, full bright white Awlgrip paint job, and new fiberglass hardtop with EZ2CY enclosure. During the refit she also received a new interior featuring an internal staircase to the flybridge, new countertops, new headliners, soft goods and extensive work performed to the galley. Current owners have also replaced stove and cooktop, microwave and refrigerator. The external teak railings were replaced with a new stainless steel railing, and she shows like a newer model Hatteras. Other features include a full beam engineroom, stabilizers, bow thruster, water maker, Northstar plotters, 2 20KW's, underwater lights, 1200 hours on 12V71's, clean, clean, clean. This boat must be seen in person to appreciate. DELITE will be docked in Ft. Lauderdale until sold.

Vessel Walkthrough
Four stateroom/ five head layout. 3 guest cabins are forward with 3 heads and showers. Bow guest cabin has upper and lower single berths with head and shower. Port side guest cabin has 2 athwartship single berths and shared shower across companion way, and the VIP Guest cabin has an island queen berth with head and shower.
Master stateroom is aft accessed from the saloon via a private staircase. Immediately forward of the owners stateroom is a private office with powder room and built in work station (this stateroom could easily be converted back to a stateroom to make a total of five or four plus crew) and just forward is the very clean, user friendly full beam engine room.

Salon
During the extensive refit, everything inside the salon was new in 2000/01 from the lighting, soft goods, headliners, switches and digital air controllers to the wall coverings, veneers and custom touches. One of the first custom features you notice in the salon is the bulkhead separating the dinette from the salon has been opened up for a bright flow of these areas. A custom bar with stools and a black granite top around the companionway leading to the lower deck also adds to the open and modern classy feel to this area. Continuing aft to the Master stateroom, one will find a beautiful King size Island Berth with custom mattress, custom bedding, vanity, and plenty of storage space.
