GENERAL DESCRIPTION


 


*CHERISH* is the classic motor yacht built by Brunswick on their Bayliner label in 1999 and still built by them under their new label Meridian. Purchased by her current owner in the Great Lakes with only 65 hours on her, she has spent her winters in heated and sheltered storage protected from the elements. Her twin Cummins 370 HP turbo charged diesel engines have been maintained by Cummins throughout and by Larsen Marine and Alden Yachts continually. The vessel was purched with all the offered 1999 options including the larger Westebeke generator (12.5 KW), engine room accessory package (with Halogen automatic fire extinguisher and automatic oil changer), flybridge entertainment center (including refridgerator/freezer; sink, radio and dual built in speakers, bimini, recently extended the length of the bridge with custom side shades) and a modified navigation package to include Northstar 961 GPS plotter. She has the light teak interior rather than the ash option and a larger inverter and four golf cart batteries extends her quiet, electrical capacity. The optional washer/dryer, central vacumn system and Vacuflush head systems are like new and professionally maintained.

VESSEL WALKTHROUGH
 
The popular 47’ Pilothouse features 2 helms with excellent navigation equipment, a large salo with galley at same level to port, plus 3 staterooms forward. The master stateroom has been enlarged with the removal of bulkhead and door to second replacing them with plush curtains allowing use of the second rooms two bunk beads when needed, but leaving much greater space for owner when only four sleep aboard.
The master stateroom features a full ensuite head with vanity, Vacuflush toilet and enclosed tub/shower. The guest stateroom is a double with adjoining head and full stall shower. The galley is complete with refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, double sink, and trash compactor. A toaster and coffee maker and other 110 v appliances  operate off a added 110 v inverter allowing use without generator or shore power (the entertainment electric as well).
A wet bar, ice maker and deluxe entertainment system to starboard and TV/VCR amidships support the L shaped sofa and two club chairs to give the salon the option of being a dining room for six or a lounge with the hi-lo leafed teak table.
