Vessel Walkthru
You first enter the vessel onto the large enclosed aft-deck area. Complete with wicker furniture and an icemaker the aft-deck is perfect to sit, relax, and entertain guests. From the aft deck you are three steps up to the fully enclosed bridge where there is seating room for up to six comfortably aft and forward of the helm station. The helm station is well equipped with a stainless steel destroyer steering wheel, Sitex Ultra Color Chartplotter/Radar, Sitex Auto-Pilot, ICOM VHF Radio, Raytheron Raystar 390 GPS, and a remote controlled spotlight. From the aft-deck four steps lands you in the main salon. Your first reaction is to the amount of light and interior space. The extensive use of mirror and light material creates a sense of openness that is rarely achieved on vessels of this size. To port is a couch and coffee table aft of the entertainment center with Color TV and VCR. Easy access to the main electrical panel is on the outside wall aft of the entertainment center. To Stab?r is an easy chair, landing shelve along the bottom of windows and storage cabinet. Steps down to the aft-cabin Master Stateroom are immediately to your right. Moving forward the dinette is to star?b featuring white leatherette upholstery and a glass table top. The dinette/settee provides ample seating for four. There are large cabin windows above the dinette opening up the space with lots of light. Two steps down to port is the galley, equipped with a large freezer/refrigerator, Sharp microwave, Princess 3 burner electric stove/oven, Stainless Steel sink and lots of storage. The forward stateroom with its choice of dcor and teak trim appears to be brand new. The room has a large hanging locker and lots of storage. The a adjacent forward head is large and easily accessible. Moving aft go down three steps to the aft-cabin Master Stateroom. This cabin is spacious with queen size mattress and lots of storage. A large head to star?b includes a full size shower with enclosure. On deck there is a large double sunpad, fender holders, and an electric windlass with 40? of chain and 200? rode. The deck is spacious and clean with easy access from the aft-deck and plenty of handrails. There is a large swim platform aft with ladder. Included is a hardbottom inflatable dingy with a 8hp Mercury outboard that secures to the swim platform.


Overview
Carver has always provided a lot of boat for the money; with the amount of interior volume this one is no exception. The vessel is clean from top to bottom, and ready for a new owner. This vessel has been immaculately maintained by its owners and many would believe this boat is in new-like condition. Recently replaced /upgraded items include the genset, ac system, and carpet.
