Accommodations

The boat is located in the Portifino Marina in Redondo Beach and the slip can be transfered to the new owners provided they qualify.

Aft of the forepeak chain locker is a V-berth stateroom with a 12 inch updated mattress, side shelves, drawers beneath the berth, two hanging lockers and an overhead skylight hatch. Next, aft to the port is the forward head. Continuing aft into the main salon is a U-shaped settee to port and curved settee across to starboard with a centerline drop leaf teak table. Aft to port is the U-shaped galley followed by the aft head with an electric toilet and double quarter-berth stateroom also with an updated 6 inch mattress, side shelf, hanging locker and overhead hatch. Across from the galley, to starboard is the navigation station with locker, drawers and swivel mounted seat and chart table, followed by the pilot berth with an updated cushion with storage beneath. Centerline steps lead to the cockpit.
The interior features teak and holly sole with updated upholstery creating a warm, comfortable and stylish living space.
