The Southwester Jr is a Henry Hinckley designed to take advantage of new CCA rules at the time. Stormy is meticulously maintained with many recent upgrades. Her full keel makes for a smooth, safer sail. I have well documented maintanance records and many spare parts. Her newly awlgripped hull (summer 2006) is finished in a beautiful dark blue (flag blue) and trimmed with a pale gold cove stripe. Stormy is a very dry boat with no mold or fuel smells. Vee berth is large and comfortable with an insert for more sleeping space. New interior paint and varnish, including all lockers (2005). The Wilcox-Crittenden head was rebuilt in 2004. She includes a 10' Zodiac inflatable (2002) with outboard. This is a very pretty, tough boat.

Deck and Hull
Molded fiberglass with Honduras mahogany toe and grab rails. Stripped and refinished with epiphanes in 2004. Decks awlgripped in 2000. Hull recently awlgripped (summer 2006) with flag blue. 6' 3" cockpit with mahogany coamings and teak grate. Self bailing cockpit with tiller steering and tiller autopilot. Cockpit cushions included. New mast step 2004. All deck hardware bronze and re-chromed 1992 including winches.

Vee-berth forward with head following on port side with a newly rebuilt Wilcox-Crittenden Imperial head. Hanging locker opposite. Main salon with port and starboard berths with center table. Galley aft both port and starboard with fresh and salt water (electric pumped). Stainless steel ice box and Origo alcohol stove. Gimbaled bronze oil lamp. Tide clock and barometer. Ample galley storage.
